For years, I sat on the other side of the table.

As a People & Culture leader with a background in talent and recruitment, I spent my career inside corporate and enterprise organisations in the rooms where leadership decisions actually get made. I was the one identifying high-potential talent. Building succession plans. Watching capable people get passed over for promotions they were more than ready for.

And I noticed a pattern.

The people who got promoted weren't always the most skilled. They were the ones who had learned how to be seen as leaders before they ever held the title. Meanwhile, brilliant, hardworking managers stayed stuck. Not because they lacked ability. Because no one had ever taught them how to shift from doing the work to leading it.

That gap became my life's work.

From HR insider to leadership coach

I now channel everything I learned inside enterprise HR what actually gets people promoted, what holds them back, and what separates a manager from a leader into coaching high performers who are ready for their next chapter. That includes managers and leaders climbing inside an organisation and it includes business owners and solopreneurs building something of their own, who need that same clarity, authority, and presence to lead their business (and be taken seriously while doing it).

I created Managers to Leaders program, a program where I built to help managers get unstuck and step confidently into leadership roles in just 90 days. No fluff, no vague theory just a clear, structured path from where you are to where you're capable of being.
